Brining people from your social media channels to your website is challenging. Since changes to how Facebook regulate content in January 2018, it has become even more difficult. Businesses everywhere have noticed a decline in reach and online engagement. To counter this, the answer is not to make more noise, but instead to communicate to the people that matter. Better targeting is vital and the 'Boost' button is not the answer.
