If you love digital marketing and have that creative and analytical flair, but just feel like you haven’t had the opportunity to really flex your skills in your current role, this opportunity is for you! Your title will be “Senior Digital Marketing Specialist”, focusing on paid advertising such as Meta, Google and TikTok (overseen by our Performance team) as well as email marketing if that tickles your fancy. You will be part of our senior team of Digital Marketing specialists. This role will also include delivering training & mentoring to businesses across the UK & Ireland (both virtually and in-person).
At Digital 24, we embrace a hybrid work model. Three days a week, our team collaborates in our conveniently located Belfast office, offering free parking and proximity to various shops and amenities. The remaining two days, we enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from home. You may also be out and about doing on-location filming and content creation with your clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a similar digital marketing role (agency experience not required)
£30,000 – £40,000 plus annual performance-based bonus (with the opportunity to earn up to £45,000)

Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts and craft and implement innovative advertising and creative strategies that amplify our clients’ online presence.

What you'll do
- Lead and optimise Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, Display) and Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Build high-converting campaigns that integrate performance creative, smart targeting, and clear objectives
- Manage and grow email marketing automation and campaign delivery (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), including segmentation, testing, and reporting
- Create high-performing ad copy and creative
- Analyse multi-channel campaign performance using GA4, our bespoke data software and native platform dashboards to inform decisions and refine strategies
- Present strategies, data insights, and campaign results clearly and confidently to clients
- Work directly with in-house marketing teams, helping them build internal knowledge and upskill on performance marketing

Training is a key part of this role
- Deliver tailored 1-1 or group training sessions for clients (both virtually and in person)
- Run workshops on paid social, paid search, email marketing and reporting
- Help internal marketing teams build performance capability with practical, jargon-free guidance
- Support the development and delivery of long-term digital training programmes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Proven expertise in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Confident presenting and leading client conversations, especially during strategy or training sessions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of how other channels (SEO, Social, Content, CRO) can inform and be informed by PPC
- Workshop or digital training experience, or a desire to develop this skill further
