The brief
Cash For Cars NI approached us with a clear challenge — they wanted to scale their Google ads performance and increase in cost efficiency of all ads. With rising ad costs across the board and increased competition in the vehicle buying space, they needed a smart, data-driven strategy to maximise every pound spent.

Introducing a new strategy
We began with a full audit of their existing Google ads campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement. At this stage, it became clear that data wasn’t a core focus when it came to previous ads, with no ad spend optimised towards bottom-line objectives.
From there, we developed a tailored ad strategy focused on lead growth and efficiency, ensuring all ad spend was fully optimised towards KPIs.
To do this, Digital 24 managed the full process of putting in place conversion tracking and ensuring all data was end-to-end across Google ads and Google Analytics, allowing the client visibility of performance in both their Google ads and Analytics accounts. From here, an in-depth strategy was developed and implemented with A/B testing plans and structures across Search, Performance Max and Display campaign types to ultimately lead us towards the best possible strategy for a reduction in cost per lead and an increase in total quality leads delivered.
